Secure documentation of the provided services
At the end of an on-site visit, you will receive a final document of a care service, the socalled service confirmation or service record. This document represents the “delivery bill”, so to speak, and serves as proof of the provision of the respective service.
Transparency at all levels
Within the scope of confirmation, a differentiation can be made between safety-related and occupational health-related topics. There is also the possibility to document evidence of agreed-upon working hours or specific assignments (e.g., audits, training, equipment inspections, etc.). The small evaluation, according to the school grading system in Germany, at the end of the performance record and the signatures of the parties involved (consultant and client) complete the completeness of the documentation.
